What's the difference between Rules and Sessions?

Rules customize what a Dock click does for a specific app by click count. Sessions reshape the whole Mac. Whitelist apps to allow usage during Sessions, swap in a custom Dock and wallpapers, and switch on a schedule, so one Mac can feel like several.

Does Cloud Sync share my data with anyone?

No. Cloud Sync only mirrors your own settings, Blacklist, Rules, Sessions and preferences between Macs on your Apple ID, and lets you view your own devices Love Tap activity in real time.
