Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Love Tap, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Certain Love Tap functionality is available free of charge.

Fuse Labs reserves the right to modify, expand, remove, or reclassify features between free and paid tiers in future versions.

Love Tap One is a lifetime license upgrade.

Unless otherwise stated, Love Tap One includes:

• Lifetime access to Love Tap One features.
• Free updates for purchased versions.
• Two device seats.

Additional device seats may be purchased separately.

Each additional seat increases the number of authorized devices associated with the license.

A seat becomes associated with the device on which it is activated.

If all available seats are in use, additional devices may require the purchase of additional seats.

Fuse Labs may, at its sole discretion, assist with seat transfers or activation issues on a case-by-case basis.

Love Tap may verify license validity through Lemon Squeezy.

Invalid, revoked, refunded, or otherwise unauthorized licenses may lose access to Love Tap One features.

Love Tap may provide a free trial period for premium features.

Users are encouraged to evaluate premium functionality during the trial period before purchasing.

Refund requests must be submitted through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

Refunds may be considered only when:

• The request is submitted within 30 days of purchase; and
• A significant issue prevents normal use of the software; and
• The issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

Because Love Tap provides a trial period, refunds will generally not be granted solely because a user no longer wants the software after purchase.

Fuse Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Love Tap, CloudKit services, Lemon Squeezy services, or any third-party services.

Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuse Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of Love Tap.

Fuse Labs may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
