Love Tap — End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING LOVE TAP.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Fuse Labs.

License Grant

Fuse Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Love Tap in accordance with this Agreement.

Love Tap is licensed, not sold.

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Fuse Labs.

You may:

You may not:

Resell Love Tap.
Rent or lease Love Tap.
Remove copyright notices.
Distribute license keys.
Circumvent licensing restrictions.
Reverse engineer the software except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

Love Tap One licenses include a defined number of device seats.

The standard Love Tap One license includes two seats.

Additional seats require separate purchase unless otherwise authorized by Fuse Labs.

Love Tap requires Accessibility permission to perform certain functionality.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving requested permissions.

Love Tap allows users to create Rules and Sessions that automate behavior within macOS.

Users are solely responsible for configurations they create.

LOVE TAP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUSE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE LOVE TAP.

This Agreement automatically terminates if you violate its terms.

Fuse Labs may disable access to premium features associated with invalid, refunded, revoked, or fraudulent licenses.

Fuse Labs may release updates, fixes, modifications, and enhancements at its discretion.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
